Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for a wide range of operational and administrative tasks within fleet management. Your work will directly contribute to higher customer satisfaction and the continuous optimisation of internal processes.
Fleet Management
Independently manage an assigned vehicle fleet
Monitor deadlines and key dates for customer fleets with a high level of accuracy
Track vehicle entries and exits throughout the lifecycle
overall support of account management
Order & Contract Management
Request quotations in line with customer‑specific framework agreements
Order vehicles from dealerships and coordinate follow‑up activities
Request, monitor, and manage leasing contracts
Organise vehicle registrations in cooperation with external partners
Order fuel cards and manage related administrative processes
Physically handing over, collecting and relocating vehicles when required.
Perform additional administrative tasks related to fleet operations
This is your profile to be successful in this role:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Fleet Management with back-office and support positions
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal,
Valid category B driving licence and confidence in driving passenger vehicles.
an University Degree would be a plus
Native Polish & excellent level of English (both written and verbal)
proficient in Excel
proven track of being a quick learner that is enthusiastic, "hands-on" and has a "can-do" attitude
dedicated and committed to a positive customer experience
reliable and accountable team player.
highly organised and have excellent planning skills and love detail

fixed salary PLN 4,806 – 9,000 gross per month depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications PLUS quarterly performance bonus scheme
