In the frame of its existing references such as Aviapartner, Alyzia, British Airways, Groundforce, Celibi, Swedavia and newer customer, ADVEEZ is opening looking for a Customer Success Manager a new position, on permanent basis based in Toulouse.
OVERVIEW AND ROLE
Ensure customer satisfaction with the services received by Adveez. based on ADVEEZ solutions (IoT, hardware+API, web-platform)
Monitor and manage deployment project with ongoing customer
Establish relationships with key decision makers and partners (innovation/technology, product, equipment/fleet manager, purchase manager)
You will be reporting to the Product and Customer Success Director based in Toulouse. Position Located in Toulouse
Maintain our ongoing customer with their deployment for the Europe and Middle East region
Timeline and deliverables settings
Coordinate project with airlines, ground airlines and manufacturer
Coordinate with third party support team involved in the project
Provide technical and product support
Become the “Voice of the customer” back to the French Team
Gather feedback from the customer and analyse customer data
Attends weekly meetings with to review projects
Build and maintain relationships across ADVEEZ
Constantly feedback to provide highest quality of service
