Job description

Becoming a Customer Support Technician for capping within Massilly Services means joining a team of experts recognized for their skills, availability, and customer focus 

Based in Germany and Reporting to the Customer Technical Support Manager Group, you are responsible for providing assistance and technical support for our products and equipment to clients of the Massilly Group and within our subsidiaries. 


Your main missions are:

  • Ensuring the approval and monitoring of marketed products (consumables)1

  • Analyzing and remedying non-conformities at the request of the quality department or clients1

  • Carrying out process audits at the request of the group or clients1

  • Leading training sessions for internal employees and clients1

  • Performing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment1

  • Gathering needs based on client requests and promoting equipment1

  • Participating in the continuous improvement and innovation of equipment

Contract & Environment : Executive package contract with a fixed number of days (218 days) - company car - frequent travel in Germany, Europe and occasional travel abroad, regularly requiring overnight stays in a hotel - job training via internal mentorship .

Profile

Education  / Experience :

Technical education and minimum of 5 years of experience in metal packaging technical support for Food industry, with experience in capping and or seaming 

Knowledge / Soft Skills & Technical skills 

  • Ability to write reports.

  • German & English spoken and written

  • Knowledge of the industrial and agri-food sectors.1

  • Must be mobile (driver's license), autonomous, proactive, able to manage the unexpected, and possess a strong sense of contact and customer service
