
Leonardo Belgium is seeking a Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence Specialist to support a prestigious European institution in strengthening its resilience against emerging technology threats.
You will join a newly established, cross-functional cybersecurity team focused on assessing and mitigating risks related to next-generation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) and post-quantum cryptography (PQC).

Job Specifications
Location of Delivery : On-site (Ispra, Italy)
Remote work from a close location allowed for off-site tasks

As a Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to the development of emerging technology security capabilities, with a strong focus on anticipating and analyzing future threats.
You will:
Develop and maintain forward-looking threat intelligence related to emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, next-gen attack vectors)
Build and maintain a centralized threat modeling repository mapping risks to systems, assets, and projects
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analysis for innovative and research-driven IT environments
Collaborate with incident response teams, penetration testers, and IT departments to improve security posture
Contribute to the design of resilient and secure architectures
Produce security guidelines, recommendations, and technical documentation for stakeholders
Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience / Education /Certification Requirements
6+ years of overall experience in ICT, including at least 3 years in cybersecurity
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification (minimum 2 years after secondary education)
At least one certification in cybersecurity or threat intelligence (or equivalent experience)

Ability to translate technical risks into clear, actionable recommendations
Experience writing structured technical documentation and reports
