Job Description:
As the Cloud Centre of Excellence of the customer chosen Internal Development Platform (IDP) — Cycloid — you will co-develop this platform alongside the team. You will be responsible for releasing extensions that allow development teams to utilize native services on top of that stack.

Role Sensitivity: Highly sensitive (Requires a security clearance)
You will be assigned on the following tasks/services:
Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will take on design, deployment, and operational tasks requested by project and service managers, including:
Platform Engineering: Design, document, deploy, and maintain stacks on the Cycloid platform. Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoC) and prototyping for infrastructure and component solutions.
Component Delivery: Design components and make them available to customers, ensuring integration with team's services.
Cloud Advisory: Provide advisory services to customers to help them select the best cloud provider and services based on their specific use cases, and deliver new cloud accounts.
Security & Reliability: Ensure all solutions and components meet expected levels of security, reliability, and availability through the proactive implementation of monitoring systems. Maintain thorough system-level documentation.
Team Coordination: Provide technical guidance to the CCoE team on application administration and security. Participate in project meetings, contribute to investigations, and help organize the distribution of work among CCoE colleagues.
Your Qualifications:
Working knowledge of English (level B2)
Degree: Master’s degree
Technical requirements:
Public Cloud: At least 10 years of experience in designing, configuring, and leading the administration of large AWS or Azure environments.
Sovereign Cloud: At least 1 year of experience with one of the Commission's selected sovereign cloud providers: Clever Cloud (highly preferred), STACKIT, Scaleway, or S3NS, along with experience in their respective Terraform providers.
IDP Tooling: At least 6 months of experience working with Cycloid.
