Job Description: 

• The Strategic Mission: Asset Longevity

The Senior Facility Manager’s primary goal is to protect the owner's investment. They shift the culture from reactive maintenance (fixing what breaks) to predictive maintenance (preventing breaks before they happen). Lifecycle Management: Implementing long-term capital expenditure (CapEx) plans to ensure major systems (elevators, roofing, boilers) are replaced at the optimal financial moment. Sustainability & ESG: Driving energy efficiency and waste reduction initiatives, which are now critical for both regulatory compliance and market value.

• The Quality Mission: Standardizing Excellence

As a Quality Expert, the mission shifts toward the "how" of operations. This involves creating a framework where high performance is repeatable, not accidental. SLA & KPI Oversight: Defining Service Level Agreements for vendors and using Key Performance Indicators to measure if those standards are actually being met. Compliance & Risk: Ensuring the property meets 100% of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. In real estate, "quality" often means "legal and safe." Continuous Improvement: Utilizing audits and tenant feedback loops to refine processes

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in: 

• Facility management audits 

• Quality services / quality assurance 

• Hospitality management or similar 

• Background in Quality management systems (ISO 9001) 

• Auditing (ISO 19011 principles) 

• Planning & conducting internal/external audits 

• KPI monitoring & performance dashboards 

• Subcontractor management & supplier performance assessment 

• Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in technical engineering or equivalent  

• English C1, French B2
