We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager at BEBLOCKS to lead our Data Hub Products, with a transformative mission ; unleashing the full potential of data while ensuring uncompromising compliance from the very moment it enters our ecosystem.
This mission is fueled by a set of core components. One is dedicated to supercharging data extraction and qualification from physical documents. Another empowers API management, setting new benchmarks for standardization and availability. Our data processing component excels in rationalization, provides meticulous supervision, and centralizes exchanges within our platform. Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision, goals, and market demands. Define product roadmaps and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Product Development: Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and launch data products that exceed customers’ expectations
Market Analysis: Drive in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and customers’ needs. Use data-driven insights to prioritize product decisions and features.
Customer-Centric Approach: Be the voice of the customer, gathering feedbacks, conducting user research, and continuously improving products to meet evolving customer needs.
Monetization: Develop and implement pricing strategies for your products, maximizing revenue while delivering value to customers.
Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs and adoption metrics. Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Customer Success Oriented: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer care teams to drive product adoption and customers satisfaction.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in data product management, data management, API management or related field.
Strong technical skills in data management, data warehousing, ecosystem building, and data analytics.
Strong product management skills, with experience leading the development and launch of successful data and ecosystem products.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in data management and analytics, such as cloud-based platforms, AI, and machine learning.
The PM reports to the CPO, ideally located in Paris, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Bulgaria, or Tunisia.
