Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join their trading floor as a specialist in cross-currency markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating transactions for institutional clients, focusing on interest rate derivatives and cross-currency instruments. This role requires deep market knowledge, strong client interaction skills, and a proven track record within the interdealer or institutional brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Intermediate and facilitate trades in cross-currency and interest rate derivative products between institutional market participants.

• Maintain and expand relationships with banks, hedge funds, and other financial institutions active in global rates and FX markets.

• Provide market color, pricing indications, and liquidity insights to clients in fast-moving market conditions.

• Monitor market developments, economic events, and pricing dynamics impacting cross-currency basis and interest rate derivative markets.

• Coordinate with internal desks and trading teams to ensure efficient execution and post-trade processes.

• Support the development of new business opportunities and contribute to increased market share within the derivatives brokerage segment.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and internal policies.

• Extensive experience working in a brokerage environment within financial markets.

• Strong expertise in interest rate derivatives and cross-currency products.

• Demonstrated track record of broking transactions with institutional clients.

• Solid understanding of global fixed income and FX markets.

• Established client network within banks, asset managers, or hedge funds is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced trading floor environment.

• Highly motivated professional with a strong commercial mindset.
