DevSecOps Expert (H/F/X)

Leonardo Belgium is seeking a talented DevSecOps Expert to join our team in delivering essential services under a framework contract. This opportunity is designed for professionals who are eager to contribute to impactful projects that enhance digital security solutions within the context of European institutions.

Job Specifications

• Hybrid setting, on site and nearby (Brussels)

• Type of contract: Freelance preferred

• CV format: Europass

• Starting date : ASAP

• Eligibly to undergo a Personal Security Clearance (PSC) required

We are looking for a DevSecOps Expert who will be able to :

• Plan, implement, upgrade DevSecOps pipelines

• Facilitate the continuous delivery of IT applications by using Application Lifecycle Management and automation tools

• Promote the usage of DevSecOps methodologies for IT projects

• Architect and design API Security, Container Security, Cloud Security

Experience:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in a DevSecOps environment, with a strong focus on security practices integrated into the software development lifecycle

Soft Skills:

• Rapid self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of participating in multi-lingual meetings and facilitating discussions across diverse teams

• Strong teamwork abilities with a focus on collaboration in an agile environment

Hard Skills:

• Black box and white box testing (e.g. OWASP, HP Fortify, etc.)

• Secret management tools (e.g. CyberArk, Hashicorp, etc.)

• Monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace, Prometheus, etc.)

• Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OVH, etc.)

• DevOps container and serverless/orchestration tools (e.g. Docker, Ansible, Terraform, buildpacks, Kubernetes, etc.)

Tools and methodologies used

• IDEs: Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, JetBrains PhpStorm, Microsoft Visual Studio Code

• Project Management: Confluence JIRA, ServiceNow

• Methodologies: PM² and PM² Agile, Kanban, Scrum

• Programming languages and frameworks: JavaScript (jQuery, Angular, TypeScript, Vue.js, KendoUI), Java (Spring, Struts, Hibernate), PHP (Symfony, Laravel, Drupal), ColdFusion (FuseBox), SQL/PL-SQL, HTML5, CSS (Bootstrap)
