Job description

As a Digital Learning Content Coordinator, you will support the Learning & Development (L&D) team in managing, publishing, and maintaining content across the organization's intranet (Drupal CMS) and Learning Management Systems (Moodle and EU-Learn).

You will work in close collaboration with course managers, internal divisions, and external e-learning providers to ensure seamless learning experiences across all digital platforms.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Managing and updating content in the Learning Centre (Drupal CMS), including news, course offers, and communication materials (banners, newsletters).

  • Supporting the daily operations and maintenance of online course catalogues in the EU-Learn and Moodle platforms.

  • Coordinating and publishing e-learning modules, including SCORM packages, videos, and multimedia presentations.

  • Assisting in the creation and translation of multilingual content (.xliff format) and ensuring accessibility standards (e.g. subtitles, captions).

  • Supporting course managers with training setup, enrolment management, and troubleshooting issues (2nd-line functional support).

  • Participating in improvement meetings with technical administrators of the CMS and LMS systems.

  • Maintaining documentation repositories and updating knowledge base articles (OpenText or equivalent).

  • Assisting in the preparation of learning metrics and reports for the organization's programmes.

  • Providing general operational and administrative support to the Corporate Learning & Development team.

Profile

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role involving LMS (Moodle, EU-Learn) and CMS (Drupal or similar).

  • Experience in coordinating and publishing e-learning content using authoring tools (Articulate 360 or equivalent).

  • Previous experience in a corporate or institutional training environment is a strong asset.

Hard Skills

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS): Hands-on experience managing online courses, catalogues, and user roles in Moodle, EU-Learn, or equivalent platforms

  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Skilled in creating and maintaining content within Drupal or similar web publishing environments

  • E-Learning Authoring Tools: Experience with Articulate 360, Rise, or other tools for assembling and maintaining online learning modules

  • Digital Media Management: Familiarity with SCORM packages, video formats (MP4), and/or other multimedia elements used in e-learning publication

  • Graphic and Multimedia Tools: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent) for light editing and content preparation

  • Basic Web Formatting: Comfortable with HTML and CSS for minor content adjustments (no programming required).

Soft Skills

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and service-driven.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other EU languages an asset).

  • Flexible and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to translate non-technical requests into clear, actionable platform updates.

  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver under tight deadlines in a dynamic international context.
