Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help us drive the performance of our website traffic and other digital channels conversion. The role concentrates on organic search, paid search, paid social, retargeting, display advertising, and SEO through conception and optimization of our content to create irresistible calls to action (clicks/conversion) for our target buyers. You’ll have a demonstrable experience of building effective digital programs in the B2B Technology / Cybersecurity space either within a vendor or and agency.


  • Planning and execution of digital marketing strategy to deliver Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) in multiple countries and market segments
  • Continuous improvement of the performance (impressions, CPC, CTR, CPL, ROI) of paid search, paid social and display/programmatic Ads
  • Oversee media spend and monitor performance across channels, countries and target keywords to optimize results
  • Improve our organic/inbound MUV & Conversions as well as our first page ranking in our target markets through technical SEO, on-page SEO, and continuous research of keywords analysis and strategy (keyword relevance, competitive keywords, long tail, etc.)
  • Act as SEO ambassador, trainer and guardian for all SEO related matters in the company
  • Manage and improve all our existing digital channels for SEO (Social, YouTube, referring sites, landing pages, etc.) and explore other content platforms to drive inbound traffic
  • Work with our content manager on Pillar Pages creation optimized for SEO.
  • Collaborate with field marketing to create and place optimised content across local relevant digital channels
  • Monitor performance against goals, benchmarks and KPIs by channel, country and proactively share status and any concerns before they become issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages optimized for user experience and conversion by analysing the user journey and conversion using digital tools
  • Manage our digital agency and other marketing agencies


  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience across the spectrum of digital marketing channels with a strong focus on SEM/SEO, analytics and data-driven thinking
  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B Marketing, Tech / Cyber Security is a huge plus
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ahrefs, SEMRush, hotjar)
  • Strong knowledge of Ads platforms and techniques (e.g., Google Ads, Bing, Linked-In Campaign Manager)
  • Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.) preferred
  • Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress, Hubspot, AEM, OCM, Drupal, etc.) preferred
  • Demonstrable experience interpreting data from a variety of sources to make solid business recommendations
  • Strong project management skills including managing internal stakeholders and marketing agencies
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • “Can-do” person, quick learner, self-motivated, autonomous and detail oriented
  • Fluent English, any other language a plus, position based in France or remote
