Our client is a leading international organization operating in a complex, fast-evolving and highly regulated environment. As part of its transformation, the company is seeking a senior expert to lead and shape its global reward strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and evolution of a global reward strategy, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, transparency, and alignment with business and transformation objectives

  • Integrate human-centered and personalized reward elements, including flexibility, well-being, and transparent communication practices

  • Act as a subject matter expert on all reward topics: market benchmarking, variable compensation, benefits, mobility, and regulatory compliance

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate competitive Total Rewards programs aligned with global best practices

  • Lead complex compensation cycles (salary reviews, bonus schemes) and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks

  • Drive data-based decision-making through advanced analytics, scenario modeling, and cost forecasting

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of global and local reward programs, including stakeholder engagement, social dialogue, and communication strategies

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and employee representatives on sensitive and strategic matters

Profil recherché

Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within an international and complex environment

  • Strong expertise in C&B methodologies, global processes, and program design

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing competitive reward frameworks for diverse populations

  • Solid understanding of regulatory environments and compliance topics

Key Competencies

  • Ability to influence and communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders

  • Strong balance between strategic vision and operational execution

  • Experience managing global programs in a matrix environment

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including data visualization

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change in dynamic environments

  • Proven leadership and team management skills

  • High level of organization, execution, and adaptability
