Join our dynamic team as a Document controller/ Digital Mailroom Specialist and be a key player in the heart of our operations. We are representing a prestigious European administration based in Luxembourg, and we're seeking individuals who are passionate about making a difference.
The main functions and tasks are:
Efficient Mail Management: From receiving to shipping, you will play a pivotal role in handling mail, ensuring accurate sorting, recording, counting, and preparation.
Digital Mailroom: Analysis and indexation of mails, quality controls
Work on projects: you will participate in meetings with the customers and/or other teams and contribute to improvement projects, ensure the follow-up and undertake actions when needed
Administrative Excellence: Undertake various administrative tasks, such as document preparation, mailings, address registration, file administration, and database maintenance.
Reporting: Actively participate in the development of statistics and reports, contributing valuable insights to our organizational growth.

Skills required:
Completion of a two-year Higher Education diploma
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an operational role within the fields of mail management and/or document management
Language, Computer, and Soft Skills:
Proficiency at a B2 level in both English (reading, writing, and spoken), proficiency in French would be appreciated
Expertise in MS Office tools, particularly in creating and editing Word and Excel documents, as well as graphics
Familiarity with EDM, OpenText Content Server, and Kofax is advantageous
Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive information
A customer service mindset coupled with a strong sense of rigor and proactive personality
