We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager at BEBLOCKS to lead our Ecosystem Products, with a transformative mission ; unleashing the full potential of data and their valorization.

Most of the time, relationship with the ecosystem is underestimated —the ecosystem where we exchange data, we communicate, we establish contracts, and conduct business. Over the years, we've harnessed our extensive experience, working in close synergy with our clients, to craft products that holistically address every facet of these engagements with third parties.

Our ecosystem products serve as a Incredible bridge, streamlining interactions with clients, catering to both enterprises and their end customers (B2B2C). These products not only facilitate customer interactions but also encompass contract declaration, invoicing, and operational facilitation. Purpose-built to meet the distinctive demands of diverse industries, they offer unparalleled adaptability to a spectrum of sectors and requirements.

Job description

  • Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision, goals, and market demands. Define product roadmaps and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Product Development: Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and launch data products that exceed customers’ expectations

  • Market Analysis: Drive in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and customers’ needs. Use data-driven insights to prioritize product decisions and features.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Be the voice of the customer, gathering feedbacks, conducting user research, and continuously improving products to meet evolving customer needs.

  • Monetization: Develop and implement pricing strategies for your products, maximizing revenue while delivering value to customers.

  • Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs and adoption metrics. Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

  • Customer Success Oriented: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer care teams to drive product adoption and customers satisfaction.

  • Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analytics and data products. Share knowledge and insights with the team and spread thought leadership within the organization.


  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, data management or related field.

  • Strong technical skills in data management, ecosystem building, and data analytics.

  • Strong product management skills, with experience in development and launch of successful ecosystem products.

  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.

  • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in data management and analytics, such as cloud-based platforms, AI, and machine learning.

 The PM reports to the CPO, ideally located in Paris, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Bulgaria, or Tunisia.
