Job description

The Job Description:
You will be in charge of the coordination and the elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements:

  • You will lead the communication regarding requirements and action plans to key stakeholders.
  • Develop the business process modeling: from analysis, to process documentation.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Be involved in the drafting of roadmaps and long tern vison documents, system policies and procedures.
  • Document project analysis and create guidelines for the project team.
  • Monitor the testing, quality and deliverables from external suppliers.
  • Perform impact and risk analysis.
  • Coordinate and contribute to the quality of software and documentation produced by suppliers.


Your Qualifications:

  • Higher education (Bachelor Equivalent) after secondary school.
  • 5 years of working experience in IT after higher education.
  • Experience in software development projects as a business analyst or technical expert.
  • Strong background in Analysis and Modeling tools and techniques.
  • Certification in PM2 or Agile or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Experience in preparing and writing business analysis documentation.
  • Experience in business workflows, case management systems, document management.
  • Experience in managing large sets of business requirements and communicating business needs across various stakeholders.
  • Experience with BPMN/UML and Jira, Confluence, 0365.
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2 or higher) is mandatory.
