Job Description:

• Functional and Business Analysis

• Gathering, analysing, modelling, verifying and managing requirements (at both the business and appl ication level);

• Modelling business processes using ARIS modelling tool and preparing business analysis reports (as-is and tobe);

• Translating business-level requirements to system-level requirements;

• Authoring requirements specifications and functional design documentation;

• Systems architecture recommendations and solutions;

• Technical Specifications Documentation Review;

• Assistance to deployment activities; creating screen wireframes and mock-ups;

• Validation of both documents, models and systems deliverables - validation report is foreseen;

• Preparation of UAT, as well as assistance to key users during acceptance tests;

• Creation of change request documentation;

• Authoring of user manuals;

• End-user training and production of training documentation;

• Assistance to project manager relating to scope management, scheduling, estimation and documentation;

• Collaboration and coordination with stakeholders (key users, UI experts, developers, testers, outsourced development teams);

• Functionality development follow-up and assistance in coordinating the project by providing domain expertise.

• Work status and progress reporting with Jira.

Your Profil and Qualifications: 

 Master's level university degree

• 8 years of experience in IT field

• Strong experience in business analysis

• Experience of modelling with ARIS (recommended)

• Experience in XML would be an advantage.

• Task tracking methods and tools (Atlassian JIRA etc.)

• Fluency in English. French language knowledge is considered a strong asset.
