Job Description:·        
Your tasks will be related to design, configuration and management of the client's unified communications infrastructure.

• Provision of expert advice and assistance, architectural considerations, risk analysis, gap analysis, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices respectively in Unified communications areas
• Provision of technical studies
• Elaboration of design documentation, with consultation with stakeholders
• Elaboration of vision documents focused upon IT components
• Deliver the design, installation and configuration of these technologies
• Operate IT services according to agreed service levels, ITSM best practices, internal policies and procedures
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level of technical support
• Creation and testing of standard operational procedures – backups, restore, monitoring etc.

Your Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years of professional experience in Network, Network and Security or Unified communications administration. In-depth knowledge and proven hands-on expertise in unified communications administration (configuration, deployment);

• Maintaining and organization/enterprise unified communications, with knowledge of standard monitoring and management tools; or maintaining and monitoring medium size enterprise unified communication solutions (Voice and Video).
• Knowledge of security standards applicable to software architecture and development, identify and access management;
• Proven experience with Cisco WebEx, onsite call management platforms (Like cisco CUCM), UC integration with cloud providers (M365 for example) is an advantage
• English – proficient communication skills, orally and writing
