The mission:
The Electronic Signature Configuration & Support Specialist will provide frontline support (L1/L2) and configuration for the customer’s electronic signature platform. The role combines technical setup, user support, and change management with a strong focus on onboarding and training, ensuring smooth adoption by internal staff (including senior stakeholders) and external clients. You will be in charge of:
Provide L1/L2 support for electronic signature solutions, resolving technical issues and escalating when needed.
Perform hands-on configuration, updates, and user setup of electronic signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign).
Support integration with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText Content Server).
Assist users with mobile applications for electronic signatures.
Deliver onboarding, guidance, and training sessions for internal staff and external clients.
Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base content to foster adoption.
Identify recurring issues and propose process or configuration improvements.
Promote best practices and change adoption across the institution.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years in IT support, consulting, or application adoption roles.
Demonstrated experience with DocuSign or similar e-signature solutions.
Proven track record in user training and adoption programs.
At least 8 years of extensive development experience
Hands-on experience with electronic signature configuration (e.g., DocuSign).
Strong L1/L2 technical support capabilities.
Experience in integration with document management systems (SharePoint, OpenText Content Server, or similar).
Knowledge of mobile applications and user support.
Strong communication and change management skills.
Advanced English skills (mandatory); other EU languages are a plus.
Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials.
Service-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities.
