Job Description:

  • Business analysis to support the delivery of a Cost Center implementation project.

  • Lead the delivery of the project charter which includes implementation scope and related planning milestones.

  • Effectively integrate cost centers into the Oracle Fusion system and the organization culture.

  • Definition of the TO BE model, the roles and responsibilities of the TO BE process.

  • Design of the requirements impacting the ERP.

  • Support the implementation phase and UAT scope.

  • Elicit and gather business requirements coming from the Finance and Control team and other stakeholders.

  • Update documentation: processes, accounting production procedures related to accounting modules

  • Support the Oracle partner and IT Team in implementation of requirements

  • Perform after care tasks

  • Provide Status reports, risks and issues in progress

Profil recherché

Your Profil and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor Degree in a related field and at least 6 years of experience in finance and IT.

  • 6 years of experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in similar projects.

  • Deep knowledge of accounting and cost centers ideally in financial institutions, capital markets or banking.

  • Technical expertise in Oracle Fusion, or similar ERP including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management (CM), Expenses, Fixed Assets, and Budget Tools.

  • Expertise in financial reporting and analysis.

  • Ability to design and generate detailed financial reports using cost calendar data.

  • Proven experience in delivering projects through the full life cycle.

  • Proficiency in developing change management strategies

  • Fluent in English at least at a level B2.
