Electrical BIM Modeler

International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, we are mainly involved in turnkey construction, renovation and extension projects in the Datacenter, Critical Utilities, Industry & Cleanrooms sectors.

We are currently seeking a Electrical BIM Modeler with a strong background in Electrical Design to join our engineering team in Madrid. Your main missions are:

• BIM Modeling: Develop and maintain accurate 3D models of electrical systems using Revit and other BIM tools.

• Electrical Design: Collaborate with engineers and designers to create detailed designs for electrical installations (lighting, power distribution, fire safety…).

• Documentation: Produce high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation.

• Work closely with other disciplines (HVAC, CSA…) to ensure model consistency and clash resolution.

With a degree in Electrical Engineering, BIM Management or a related field, you have at least 5 years of experience in electrical design and BIM modeling.

Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
