As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for an Electrical Area Manager to join our design team in Madrid.
Reporting to the Entity Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our electrical engineering expertise and structuring the activity of the electrical design team.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing the electrical design team, ensuring daily supervision, coordination, performance management and team engagement,
Managing electrical design projects, including planning, workload allocation, scheduling, budget control and quality of deliverables,
Optimizing resources and organization, ensuring efficient use of human and technical resources to meet cost, quality and deadline objectives,
Driving performance and continuous improvement, including reporting, implementation of best practices, and promotion of quality, safety and environmental standards,
Ensuring technical excellence and innovation, by monitoring regulatory and technological developments and deploying new methods and solutions in electrical engineering,
Acting as a key interface, coordinating with internal departments and maintaining strong relationships with strategic clients and partners.
You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and have at least 10 years of experience in the design and delivery of industrial building projects.
Recognized for your leadership, interpersonal skills and technical expertise, you are comfortable working in a demanding and collaborative environment. You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in an international, multicultural context.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, while French would be an asset.
