Overview :

Reporting directly to the Application/After-Sales Service Manager, your main objectives will be :

= > Deploying ADVEEZ systems at customer sites

= > Managing product returns and after-sales service

Position based in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver

Role :

• Deploying and verifying ADVEEZ systems at customer sites

• Ensuring the smooth running of product deployments by subcontractors

• Participating in the training and support of customer technical teams

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of ADVEEZ systems by collecting functional information from deployed systems

Regular travel in Canada, USA and France is to be expected.

Skills and Experience Required :

• Two years of higher education

• Previous experience in a similar position is appreciate (electrotechnical experience)

• Methodical and organized

• Independent and thorough

• Ability to work in a team

• Willingness to travel regularly

• Ability to adapt to different work environments

• Optional : GSE experienced
