As part of the creation of a new post, the ESSCA campus in Málaga is seeking a Employer Relations and Student Experience Officer.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the group’s strategy regarding corporate relations on campus, contributing to raising ESSCA’s profile and promoting its values, and optimising students’ transition into the workplace. You will also be responsible for implementing the group’s strategy locally in relation to the student experience, engagement, prevention, health, wellbeing and inclusion.
Key responsibilities:
> Employer relations, partnerships and employability
Develop, coordinate and maintain a network of external partners (companies, recruiters, institutions, etc.)
Promote the creation of career opportunities and interactions between students and the socio-economic sector
Contribute to the implementation of initiatives and events aimed at enhancing the campus’s reputation and visibility, the appeal of its degree programmes, and links with local and international ecosystems
Support the development of corporate relations and initiatives that promote students’ entry into the workforce
Contribute to the organisation of company visits, institutional meetings and external events as part of international cooperation initiatives
Participate in the monitoring and coordination of partnership agreements, memoranda of understanding and work placement schemes in collaboration with the administrative team

Contribute to the development of a student experience in line with ESSCA’s standards
Encourage student engagement and support initiatives that contribute to campus life, whilst complying with local regulations
Take on a coordinating role on matters relating to student life and student integration
Help to promote and highlight the student experience through various communication channels
Support the development of schemes or initiatives that encourage student participation and engagement
> Coordination and reporting
Monitor activities falling within the scope of the role and produce the associated reports
Monitor defined activity and performance indicators and contribute to the analysis of results
Make recommendations for continuous improvement
Contribute to the harmonisation of practices, tools and processes within ESSCA

We are looking for a proactive and engaging professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and significant experience (ideally 5 to 7 years or more) in employer engagement, corporate relations, employability, partnership development or a related field.
You are a confident relationship-builder, capable of representing an institution and developing strong connections with senior corporate stakeholders. With excellent organisational skills and a high degree of autonomy, you can effectively manage multiple priorities, coordinate a wide range of stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
You have a genuine interest in enhancing the student experience and recognise the value of digital engagement and social media in building connections and showcasing opportunities. Adaptable, collaborative and solutions-oriented, you enjoy working across cultures and contributing to an international community.
