On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Engineer – Microelectronics to support the evaluation and qualification of advanced semiconductor devices.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and validation of semiconductor technologies by performing parametric characterization and reliability assessments. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure product robustness, performance, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute parametric measurements and reliability tests on semiconductor devices

• Analyze electrical characteristics and performance data across different operating conditions

• Support product qualification and reliability validation activities

• Investigate failure mechanisms and support root cause analysis

• Develop and optimize test methodologies and measurement setups

• Interpret test results and prepare technical reports and documentation

• Collaborate with design, process, and product engineering teams

• Contribute to continuous improvements in test procedures and reliability evaluation methods

• A Master’s degree in Physics, Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field is required

• Experience with semiconductor testing, characterization, or reliability analysis

• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and electrical measurements

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex technical data

• Experience with laboratory equipment and automated measurement systems is an advantage

• Good communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
