As the main contact person for the International SamBoat owners, your tasks will be to:

• Advise and support them by telephone in their use of the site, both by responding to incoming requests and by proactively calling them
• Ensure that requests received by email are processed quickly and efficiently
• Identify and search for new boat owners
• Insure quality of boats listed
• Make them FANS of the SamBoat site

You are involved in the development of SamBoat with a unique obsession with the customer experience

• You are an organized person
• Native English Speaker
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Pedagogue
• Convincing
• Highly customer satisfaction oriented
