As part of its expansion in the United States, Mouratoglou is developing a new generation of premium padel centers, combining sport excellence, community, and lifestyle experiences.
We are actively looking for an entrepreneurial and hands-on Facility Manager to lead the daily operations and commercial performance of one of our US padel centers, in the Boston area (Boston/Malden).
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Facility Manager is fully responsible for the operations, team leadership, financial performance, and community development of the center, including padel courts, pro shop, food & beverage, events, and local partnerships.
You will ensure a premium customer experience aligned with Mouratoglou standards, while driving revenue growth and building a strong local padel community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Customer Experience
Oversee daily operations: courts, front desk, pro shop, bar/F&B, locker rooms, and common areas
Ensure safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with US regulations
Implement Mouratoglou operational procedures and quality standards
Optimize court scheduling, utilization, player flow, and programming
Handle customer feedback, issues, and service recovery
Coordinate vendors, cleaning, and maintenance providers
Team Leadership & HR
Lead a multidisciplinary team (front desk, coaches, F&B staff, contractors)
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate employees
Build schedules, support payroll, and ensure local HR compliance
Develop a culture of excellence, hospitality, and teamwork
Create a positive, motivating work environment
Financial & Administrative Management
Contribute to annual budget preparation and execution
Track and analyze KPIs: revenue, margins, costs, EBITDA, court occupancy
Oversee cash handling, invoicing, reporting, and internal audits
Manage purchasing, suppliers, inventories (pro shop & bar)
Optimize costs while maintaining a premium experience
Business Development & Partnerships
Grow revenue through:
Court bookings, coaching programs, events & tournaments
Pro shop and bar sales
Corporate offers (privatizations, memberships)
Develop partnerships with local businesses, universities, and sports communities
Lead the organization of leagues, clinics, tournaments, youth programs, and social events
Local Marketing & Brand Representation
Execute local marketing initiatives in coordination with central teams
Build and engage the local community (events, social media, on-site activation)
Ensure brand consistency across the facility and communications
Act as a brand ambassador for Mouratoglou Padel in the region
A first successful experience managing a sports facility or hospitality venue
Strong leadership, operational, and commercial mindset
Financially literate with experience managing KPIs and budgets
Demonstrated capacity to sell, develop, and manage a profit center end-to-en
Customer-centric, hands-on, and entrepreneurial
Passion for racket sports (padel experience is a strong plus)
Comfortable working evenings and weekends as required
Languages: English and French required
Must have authorization to work in the US.
