About the role:
In this role, the Field Service Parts Coordinator will provides service for our customer base at various site locations, or service centers, within the U.S. and Canada. This position will works closely with customers to identify, order, and ship parts needed for the maintenance of machines in the field.
What you’ll do:
Carry out Inventory Management - ordering, receiving, shipping, and cycle counts.
Identify parts, quote, and ship as necessary.
Order, expedite, and notify customers when replacement of a product is necessary.
Maintain and replace equipment, tools, and supplies used directly for the Field Service Department.
Maintain and organize the showroom/ parts area for safety and cleanliness.
Prepare quotations for customers and reports for management
Assist Technicians with machine setup as needed
Responsible for reporting all Food Safety contamination immediately to their direct Supervisor
What you’ll bring to the role:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a coordinator or administrator role, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing/ industrial/ commercial environment
Working knowledge of machinery, electrical and general mechanics would be an asset.
Ability to read and work from electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams would be an asset.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Unassisted
Intermediate Google Suite/ MS office
Intermediate level English (verbal and written)

Compensation package: $50,000 - $55,000 CAD annually + profit share
3 weeks vacation per year
