As part of its next phase of growth in the United States, Mouratoglou is developing a new generation of premium padel centers, combining sport excellence, community, and lifestyle experience.
As we scale our padel infrastructure across multiple active jobsites simultaneously, we are looking for a rigorous, field-hardened Field Supervisor to be our technical eyes on the ground. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in delivering the physical infrastructure of one of the most dynamic racket sports expansions in the United States.
THE ROLE
Based on active construction sites throughout project execution, the Field Supervisor is the technical representative of the Construction Director on the ground, ensuring that what is delivered matches exactly what is specified and required by code.
The role covers 1 to 3 active jobsites in rotation across our US locations, with a sustained on-site presence of minimum 4 days per week. You report directly to the Director of Operations and Engineering.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
On-site monitoring
Maintain a daily on-site presence from pre-shift through end-of-day walkthrough
Ensure comprehensive photo documentation of site progress, conditions, and non-conformances (geotagged and time-stamped, archived in Procore, OpenSpace, or equivalent)
Produce a complete Daily Field Report by end of day and a weekly summary for the Construction Director
Serve as the primary point of accountability for jobsite accuracy and technical compliance
Field coordination
Daily interface with GC foremen and specialty subcontractors
Manage open RFIs and enforce construction sequencing escalating contract-related matters to the Construction Manager
Enforce hold-points: no work proceeds past a critical inspection point without documented clearance
Quality control and code compliance
Verify all work against approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes (IBC, NEC, ADA, ITF/FIP standards)
Conduct precise on-site measurements using appropriate instrumentation: lux meter, concrete moisture meter, laser level, 10-ft straightedge
Identify, document, and track non-conformance through to resolution
Manage the inspection schedule and ensure all required approvals are secured through Certificate of Occupancy
Safety
Lead regular Toolbox Talks and maintain a strong safety culture across all supervised jobsites
Ensure full OSHA compliance at all times
Uphold a zero-incident standard on every site
5 to 10 years of experience as a field supervisor or crew leader, including at least 2 years on sports facilities or indoor structures
Former assistant superintendent background at a US general contractor is a strong plus
Trade school certificate or Associate Degree in Construction Management preferred. Demonstrated field expertise of 8+ years will also be considered
OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required; current First Aid / CPR / AED required
Additional certifications valued: OSHA 510, NICET Level II or III, ASBA membership, working-at-height qualification
Proficient in reading Architectural, Structural, and MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) drawings in both imperial and metric
Comfortable with digital field management tools: Procore, Bluebeam, Fieldwire, OpenSpace
Technically confident and composed under pressure — able to enforce standards firmly and professionally
Valid US driver's license with willingness to travel between jobsite locations
Spanish strongly preferred, French language is a plus
