Fitness Coach

Leveraging the success of its world-famous Academy in the South of France, Mouratoglou has extended its coaching methodology beyond borders since 2020. Through its existing 22 centers in Greece, Malaysia, Italy, the UAE, the United States & Indonesia, players of all ages and levels can enjoy the unique Mouratoglou experience worldwide.

As part of our continuous growth, we are hiring a Fitness Coach (F/M) to join the Mouratoglou Tennis Center Cairo an ideal destination for high performance coaching.

RESPONSABILITIES & MISSIONS

Develop athletes' physical qualities (strength, speed, cardiovascular endurance) tailored to each player's age and level.

• Maintain athletes' physical integrity through specific preventive and recovery work

• Design, schedule and improve tailor-made training programs for individuals and groups according to their skills, objectives, and competition calendar

• Conduct both collective and individual training sessions, providing high-quality instruction for all levels and ages, from recreational through high performance

• Work closely with tennis coaches and the MTC team to ensure a smooth, integrated approach to player development

• Establish planning and monitoring for athletes, including regular and relevant feedback

• Assist and engage in promotional events to grow member interest and expand the Mouratoglou brand image

• Create and sustain a client network to promote the center's activities and events.

• Contribute to the Mouratoglou brand image by transmitting the coaching methodology, implementing the sports policy defined by the company, being proactive and creative, respecting scheduled hours, and maintaining a flawless attitude and behavior in all circumstances

• Tennis coaching certificate

• Proven experience in coaching tennis at various levels

• Current level of competition in tennis, ideally with good sporting results (national ranking, ITF, ATP)

• Passion and willingness to learn

• Ability to build strong and lasting relationships, with a strong commercial understanding and sales skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening)

• Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
