We are hiring a GTM Operations Specialist to audit, optimize, and evolve our marketing and sales automation engines across our tool-stack, including ActiveCampaign, Outreach, and Salesforce.
This role is intended for candidates with hands-on experience designing and operating B2B SaaS growth automation systems (Salesforce, marketing automation, lifecycle flows, PLG funnels).
You will analyze our existing marketing and sales automation stack, identify friction points, redesign lifecycle flows, and implement scalable improvements across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to create a coherent, data-driven GTM infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Audit & Architecture:
Conduct a full audit of ActiveCampaign, Outreach, and Salesforce workflows
Map lifecycle stages across Marketing, PLG, and Sales
Identify automation gaps, redundancy, and inefficiencies
Automation & Lifecycle Optimization:
Optimize nurture sequences across lifecycle stages
Improve trial onboarding and activation flows
Align PLG signals with Sales triggers
Implement lead scoring and routing improvements
Data & Insight Generation:
Evolve GTM performance dashboards and KPIs
Analyze funnel conversion rates and leakage points
Translate behavioral data into actionable improvement plans
Establish feedback loops between Product and GTM
Continuous Improvement:
Propose and lead GTM optimization
Improve cross-tool integration and data hygiene
Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure CRM integrity
Document scalable processes
Experience:
4–7+ years in B2B SaaS growth, marketing ops, or GTM engineering
Strong experience with PLG motion (trial conversion, lifecycle automation)
Deep familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
Experience integrating sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach)
Strong analytical and data modeling capability
