Founded in 2021, we are now 100 enchanters, working in different fields (Robotics, AI, Product design, Project Management, Production, Quality, Supply chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, ...) and we keep growing, thanks to our strong relationships with a variety of investors and partners.

We revealed our two prototypes to the world and are now ready for the next steps of our adventure: industrialize our production, starting with a pilot line at the heart of Paris, then building a plant ; and selling our robots at a global scale. Job description

We are opening a new role at Enchanted Tools that will be extremely strategic to the development of the company. We are looking for our Head of Business Development and Sales. She/He will have two mains missions:

  1. Identifying and implementing new business opportunities at a global scale

  2. Defining and executing the sales strategy, making sure the business is growing and generates meaningful margins

Business Development

  • Drive the company's strategic BD & growth plans by identifying strategic business opportunities and advise on relevant target markets

  • Supervize the opening of those new markets / offices  in all aspects (admin, legal,...)

  • Define the sales strategy and adapt it to every market / country

  • Develop distribution channels in those markets: identify and reach out to potential high level partners, evaluate opportunities, negotiate contracts and develop strong long term relationships with them

  • Prepare Business Development reports, presentations, and briefing books

Sales Management

  • Define a LEAN Sales strategy for new markets, making sure each resource is optimized and used as best as possible (time, energy, human resources, money,...)

  • Manage, coach, and mentor sales leaders at a global level

  • Define and implement the sales administration process

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

  • Train partners and clients on how to use and sell the products

  • Make sure the logistics, maintenance and operations sides of the activity are working efficiently

  • Stay up to date with competitive intelligence

  • Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are followed

  • Build an open-communication environment for your team

  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

Profile

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in a similar role: Business Development + Sales Management

  • Strong experience in opening new markets in all its aspects

  • Experience in setting up channel sales, establishing partnerships

  • Experience working with technical hardware products and to quickly learn complex technical concepts

  • Experience with all aspects of B2B and B2B2C technology sales aspects, including pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, and closing opportunities

  • In-depth understanding of the post-sales process, including logistics, maintenance

  • Experience in training sellers and customers on the product

  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process

  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving skills

  • Strong understanding of and interest in our value proposition, our product, our mission and values
