Our ambition is to turn our clients into Media Owners by scaling up tools, messages, services & audience interactions.
Since 2013 our sole focus has been to deliver solutions that help brands speed up their engagement strategy transformation for workforces (improving employee engagement thanks to internal communication) and clients (driving sales thanks to in-store communication).
We started with offline communication on screens placed in offices or in stores (Digital Signage) and recently increased the reach of their communications, adding an online layer to our customers.
We have been experiencing great growth both internally and externally after raising €2.5M in 2017 and acquired last year, a company specialized in the video creation to improve our creation module as well as our service capacity to continue helping our customers solve their problems via software AND service approach.
Our 70+ people company has been profitable since 2022 and is located in France (45+people in Toulouse (Headquarter) and Paris), Tunis (25 people).
We have very strong basics (churn is low, net retention is high) with two great products used daily by hundreds of users:
● A Digital Signage solution equipping 25K+ screens in 32 countries
● A Video Suite generating 1000+ video projects every month

Vision and objective
As Head of Delivery & Services, you play a pivotal role in driving our company’s vision to deliver outstanding value and seamless experiences to our clients. Your objective will be to ensure the successful deployment of our solutions and the flawless execution of our services.
You are responsible for ensuring the success of the delivery team in charge of deploying our solutions at client sites and executing the services sold to our customers. This role acts as a direct point of contact with clients during both the pre-sales phase and certain phases of ongoing client operations (RUN).

Your mission
You manage the delivery team responsible for
deploying the solutions (remote installations are made by suppliers, all around the world)
supporting on-site technicians to ensure the perfect installations
the supply chain (sourcing, assembling, shipping, stock management...)
managing all services sold to our customers
You guarantee the successful deployment of our solutions and the execution of our services for clients
You serve as a direct interface with clients during pre-sales and selected operational phases
You ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams, including product, operations, and support
Ability to work autonomously—or in light collaboration with Product—on the implementation of tech-driven solutions using a POC approach that remains compatible with the existing stack.
Capable of evaluating and iterating quickly, then progressively aligning with Product to design scalable solutions
You represent the Delivery team in governance instances (codir...)
You drive the P&L of your BU
You are in charge of the gross margin of the services we sell to our customers
We expect from the head of delivery a real partnership approach with the suppliers we work with for remote installations - up to the point of training them event if they-re not cenareo team-members.
You continuously strive for customer + suppliers + team success and satisfaction
You are responsible for the knowledge of the Delivery (internal and customer facing)
It means standards & process as well as training and continuous improvement
Your qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills
You are obsessed with customer success and passionate about delivering value
You have a proven track record of success and 10+ years experience in :
deploying software solutions for large enterprise customers
managing high-level delivering projects with varying timelines (from 1 week to 3 months)
leading remote teams and managing remote equipment installation
You can balance operational involvement with strategic oversight
You approach team management as a coach would do by engaging closely teams to understand their day-to-day challenges and setting goals that drive team forward
You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels (horizontal management)
You have a strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into effective delivery strategies
Fluent in English and French is mandatory
