We are seeking a proactive & forward-thinking Head of Marketing and communication to define and help execute Donecle's marketing and product strategy. Your responsibilities will include three main missions:
Market intelligence
Macro market analysis (trends, key players, regulatory environment)
Market segmentation (clients, activities, end users) and lead prioritisation
Ecosystem and new offerings mapping (competition, data-value chain, new entrants on digital services, etc.)
Service/product offer
Define and structure Donecle’s service and product offering, in connection with our strategic objectives and technical roadmap
Explore M&A and partnership opportunities
Creation of a marketing package and update of sales material
Operational marketing
Definition and execution of communication strategy (tools and channels)
Formulate key messages and increase brand notoriety
Coordinate trade shows, communication material, etc.
You will work directly with and report to Donecle’s CEO, interacting with both sales and technical teams, as well as relevant partners.
Master’s degree in marketing (business school or equivalent graduate degree)
3 years’ experience in marketing in a B2B industry with a strong technology focus
Strong ability to synthesise and analyse information, prior experience in building a service/product offering
Knowledge and interest for the aerospace & defence industry is an advantage
Strong ability to take initiatives, be proactive and question industry habits
Fluent French and English is mandatory, other language skills are appreciated
