You will manage the R&D team and interface between R&D team and sales, product and production department by identifying and creating specifications for instruments improvement or development of new products.

Besides others you will work on following subjects :

• Architecture, specification and development of HW and SW for our measurement instruments

• Development and improvement of measurement algorithms

• Design and improve secure communication interfaces for measurements data transmission

Experience on following topics would be advantageous :

• STM32 family hardware and software

• DSP/FPGA design

• Various communication methods (wifi, Bluetooth, GSM, Ethernet)

• Algorithm development for radiation sensors

You are a senior specialist with good experience in embedded sensors development and communication technologies.

You have a good understanding of physics background for radiation sensors.

You are a natural team leader with the ability to manage a group of 12 specialists in Electronics, Software, Mechanics and physics.

You can manage the schedule and respect the budget of complex projects at international level.

You're fluent in English and German.
