We are seeking a proactive & forward-thinking Head of Sales to grow and manage our sales team, empowering them to bring our innovations into the market and secure subsequent drone deployments within our existing customer base. Tightly integrated in the team and reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:
Growing and managing the sales team to 4–5 people within 12 months
Managing our key accounts, defining upsell and new customer targets
Setting up meetings with prospects, presenting the solution and gathering feedback
Performing online and on-site product demonstrations (worldwide)
Negotiating and closing deals
Sharing the gathered feedback, trends & opinions with internal teams
Participating in the prioritization of our product roadmap & customer support
Collaborating with marketing team to coordinate and priorize material preparations
Defining key processes and ensuring they are respected
Minimum 5 years experience in similar role, ideally with airlines & MROs, and over 10 years in B2B international sales involving multiple stakeholders
Fluency in English is mandatory, other language skills are appreciated
Willingness to travel and perform on-site demonstrations, and attend industry shows/exhibitions
Strong ability to take initiatives, be proactive and question industry habits
Strong ability to synthesize & prioritize customer requests, adapt to evolving product specifications
Leadership skills, ability to build credibility both internally and externally
