Job description

✨ The role of Head of SDR:

As a Head of SDR at OneStock, you will:

  • Recruit, Train, and Engage: Build and nurture a high-performing SDR team that consistently over-delivers on forecasted targets;

  • Enable, onboard and coach SDR team across the markets we operate: France, USA, UK, Germany, Italy;

  • Set Vision and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies with Marketing and Sales to identify, attract, and engage ideal Leads for OneStock to active opportunities;

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Streamline collaboration between Marketing, Sales, and Channels to ensure a seamless customer experience;

  • Growth and Development: Lead a SDR team currently composed of 5 players with significant potential for growth in the upcoming years;

  • Enterprise Account Base Marketing : Lead the ABM strategies across territories to act as a key internal stakeholder in driving growth and collaboration with global teams;

  • Implement the right technologies, processes and tools to support SDR in conjunction with Marketing, Operations and Sales;

  • Hands-On Leadership: Balance strategic vision with the ability to dive into details and lead by example in a hands-on manner.

Profile

🎯 The profile we’re looking for:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in SDR with 2+ years in management, with a proven track record in a top B2B SaaS company selling to Enterprise.

  • Market Knowledge: Strong experience selling Saas to Retail, Supply, Ecommerce, IT.

  • International experience: Demonstrate ability to lead and support team across geographies in EMEA and North America.

  • Enterprise experience: Track record in SDR programs for Enterprise, targeting the C-Suite.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated fast career growth with strong leadership and exceptional communication skills.

  • Strong synthetic capabilities & great skills to make complex topics simple to understand and easy to work on.

  • Sales Expertise: Experience in go-to-market strategies, leading SDR teams, and driving revenue growth.
