Role & responsibilities:

Handling Customer related queries through emails and giving them the information that the employee requires exactly through emailing process.

Coordinating with all other departments such as housekeeping, security, reception, and maintenance for smooth functioning of operations.

Maintaining tracker /database for the key issuance, also ensuring closer of call logged related keys. Monitor the loss of key data and ensure the process.

Maintaining tracker for daily, Monthly 1st half and 2nd half, constitutions, responding to the stationary indent mails, preparing monthly stationary reports, and handling the stationary vendors.

Taking care of mailroom process(updating daily & monthly reports)

Required Candidate profile

Graduate with good communication skills
