High Voltage Business Development Manager

International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, we are mainly involved in turnkey construction, renovation and extension projects in the Datacenter, Energy & Industry sectors. 

Through our 15 locations in France and abroad, our 650 employees are all driven by a common passion: design and build complex and varied projects with commitment and ingenuity, while integrating measures to limit our environmental footprint. 

As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for a High Voltage Business Development Manager to join our team in Madrid. 

Reporting to the Energy Business Division, you will reinforce our Spanish team in sales development for EPC projects. Thanks to your network and experience, you are familiar with local players in the field of energy, High Voltage, Lines & Substations.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include: 

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities,

• Develop tailored proposals with high added value for our customers,

• Manage and develop your network and your business development activities,

• Build customer loyalty by listening to their needs,

• Lead client negotiations, identifying all key project considerations to secure contract agreements,

• Accompany the customer throughout project implementation,

• Work closely with the Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction.

With a degree specialized in General Engineering or Business School, you have 10 years of experience in a Business Development position in the field of high voltage (HV) or renewable energy.

Strong negotiation an communication skills are essential, to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative multicultural environment. 

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, while French would be an asset.

Due to your role, you are willing to travel nationwide.
