Job description

As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for a High Voltage Project Manager to join our design team in Madrid.

Working autonomously from requirements definition through to project handover, you will manage the power distribution package design studies (substations, HV/MV lines), ensure smooth coordination with construction teams, and provide technical support throughout the construction phases. You will be responsible for the financial monitoring during the design phases.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Design optimized technical solutions (sizing of HV electrical installations, drafting of written specifications, etc.),

  • Supervise graphic production (plans, diagrams) in coordination with the Design & BIM teams,

  • Review, analyze, and challenge subcontractors' proposals,

  • Be responsible for the technical choices made for your scope,

  • Lead technical meetings and support the proper execution of works on site,

  • Participate in commissioning phases and carry out pre-acceptance operations.

Profile

We are seeking a candidate with a degree specialized in Electrical Engineering or Electrotechnics and a proven experience in design of high voltage installations projects. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, while French would be an asset. The role also demands excellent communication abilities to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative multicultural environment.
