As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Europe, you will be a key strategic partner supporting approximately 150 employees in Germany (across 2 sites) and 270 employees across 15 European countries. You will play a crucial role in supporting local HR operations while coordinating external partners to ensure smooth payroll, compliance, and employee relations management. You will work closely with the CHRO Europe to align HR strategies and ensure consistency across all locations :
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices ;
Manage HR operations in Germany, including payroll coordination with an external provider ;
Oversee and liaise with local teams and external partners for payroll and employment law compliance across 15 European countries ;
Lead and support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies ;
Drive performance management processes and career development initiatives ;
Support change management and organizational development projects ;
Ensure compliance with German labor laws and employment regulations in other European locations ;
Manage employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and implement HR solutions aligned with company goals.
Salary between 70K€ and 80K€.

5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on international HR operations ;
Solid knowledge of German labor laws and European HR best practices ;
Experience managing multi-country HR operations, especially in payroll and employment law compliance ;
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment ;
Fluent in English and German (additional European languages are a plus) ;
HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, PHR, SHRM) are an advantage.
