With an expanding footprint across Europe and a significant presence in Spain, the company is entering a new phase of development and is strengthening its leadership team.
To support this growth, we are recruiting a Country Senior HR Manager to lead the People function in Spain.
Reporting to the Country Director and working closely with the European HR leadership, you will define and execute the HR strategy for Spain.
You will play a key role in supporting business performance by building high-performing teams, strengthening leadership capabilities and ensuring a strong and consistent employee experience across all locations.
This is a highly strategic yet hands-on position, requiring regular presence in stores and close interaction with operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Define and implement the People strategy aligned with business objectives.
Partner with senior leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
Drive a high-performance culture across all levels of the organization.
Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Leadership Team.
Talent & Leadership Development
Build and execute succession plans for key roles.
Identify, develop and retain high-potential talent.
Lead performance management and talent review processes.
Deploy leadership development initiatives across the country.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Spanish labour law and internal policies.
Manage complex employee relations topics.
Maintain constructive relationships with employee representatives.
Anticipate and mitigate HR and legal risks.
Recruitment & Expansion
Lead recruitment strategy in a high-growth, multi-site environment.
Support store openings and expansion projects.
Optimize workforce planning and staffing levels.
Culture & Engagement
Promote company values and a strong, unified culture.
Drive engagement, retention and inclusion initiatives.
Support managers in developing their teams.
HR Operations & Performance
Oversee HR operations and ensure process excellence.
Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights.
Lead continuous improvement and HR transformation projects.
Experience
10+ years of HR experience, including leadership roles.
Strong background in retail, hospitality or multi-site environments.
Experience as HR Director, Senior HRBP or Country HR Manager.
Proven track record in managing HR teams and complex organizations.
Experience in international or matrix environments is a plus.
Skills
Strong business and commercial mindset.

Solid knowledge of Spanish labour law.

Education & Languages
Degree in HR, Business, Law or related field.
Fluent Spanish and English required.
