Job description

As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our office in Madrid.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will support operational teams on HR matters within your region. You will act as an advisor to employees on all HR-related topics and guide them in their career development.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Implement the Group's HR policy by ensuring the application of HR procedures in the field,

  • Oversee HR development (recruitment, training, career management, etc.) as well as personnel administration,

  • Ensure compliance with the legal framework and conduct regulatory monitoring,

  • Organize employee representative elections and lead the works council,

  • Lead negotiations and draft company agreements,

  • Acting as an interface between your region, the Human Resources Department, and other HR Business Partners.

Profile

With a Master's degree in Human Resources or Labor law, you have gained at least 10 years of experience in a similar role within a multi-site, human-scale organization.

Recognized for your hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, you also have strong knowledge of labor law and demonstrate autonomy.

Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and French is essential. A good level of English is a plus.
