At Ascendance we are building tomorrow’s hybrid-electric aviation with ATEA, a unique Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) aircraft powered by STERNA, our in-house hybrid-electric propulsion system. Your role : 🔎
Reporting to the Talent/HR Director, you will be a central part of the team and will take ownership of the following areas:
HR Administration & In-house Payroll
Manage and improve end-to-end payroll processing using our internal payroll tool
Handle all payroll variables (leaves, bonuses, benefits, etc.) and social declarations (DSN)
Liaise with social organizations (health insurance, URSSAF, pension, etc.)
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
Contracts & Onboarding
Draft employment documents (offer letters, contracts, amendments)
Responsible for the complete onboarding process (DPAE, benefits enrollment, SIRH setup, etc.)
Prepare and continuously improve onboarding experiences for new hires
HRIS & Reporting
Administer and update the HR Information System (HRIS)
Build and maintain key HR dashboards (headcount, payroll, absences, etc.)
Monitor and manage annual performance reviews
Training & Development
Support the creation and follow-up of the training plan
Coordinate with training providers and our OPCO
Manage budgets and funding applications
Cross-functional HR Projects
Contribute to transversal HR initiatives (tools, documentation, process improvement)
Take ownership of employer branding initiatives (school relations ..)
Play an active role in enhancing the employee experience and HR structure

3 to 5 years of proven experience in HR administration and payroll (startup environment is a plus)
You want to work in an international environment
Solid knowledge of French labor law and social obligations
Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRIS tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, discreet, and reliable
Eager to learn, grow, and take on new HR challenges beyond the admin scope
