HSE Consultant

ENDENA Consulting is part of the ENDENA Group, a French engineering and consultinggroup that includes two established companies: Terao (specialized in energy efficiencyand green building) and Atixis (focused on construction project management andtechnical consulting).

ENDENA Consulting is our newest business unit, created to support our clients in theMiddle East and Asia by providing highly qualified engineers and consultants throughsecondment and project-based missions. Our goal is to connect top international talentwith leading projects in construction, sustainability, and energy performance, acrosssectors such as hospitality, infrastructure, and real estate.

Implement HSE measures day-to-day, supporting senior HSE leadership and ensuring compliance across BAU and contractor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system.

• Conduct on-site HSE audits, inspections, and incident reporting.

• Ensure contractor compliance with RAMS and HSE policies.

• Support safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training rollouts

EDUCATION:

• NEBOSH IGC (minimum); NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Specialist training certifications (fire safety, first aid, working at height

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years’ HSE experience in construction or events operations.

• Familiarity with KSA codes, Civil Defense, and GCC best practices.

• kSA experience a must.
