Join our Graduate Engineer Program, designed to accelerate your professional development from day one. You will benefit from a personalized development path tailored to your ambitions, enabling you to continuously expand your skills and expertise.

Mentored by an HVAC Construction Project Manager, you will contribute to the delivery of complex turnkey building projects, particularly in the Datacenter sector in Athens.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Being part of the design of the technical solution;

  • Being the principal on-site interlocutor for the client, subcontractors and internal teams;

  • Construction management of the HVAC field with the supervision of our subcontractors;

  • Operations prior to acceptance and commissioning;

  • Driving financial and planning project aspects.

Profile

You have recently graduated from an engineering school with a specialization in building engineering, civil engineering, or a general engineering discipline, and are looking to gain experience in construction project coordination.

Eager to work on complex, highly technical projects, you enjoy taking a holistic view of projects and understanding how all aspects come together.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English is considered an asset.
