As part of a project within a European institution, we are looking for an Information & Change Management Lead M/W to support teams in improving how information is shared and used (tools, documents, processes).
Your role will be to help make information clearer, more consistent, and easier to use across teams.
Responsibilities :
Coordination & Policy Alignment
Coordinate information management communications within the DIG division
Ensure alignment with approved governance policies and timely dissemination of updates
Content Oversight & Quality
Review and validate communication materials (intranet, emails, guidelines, etc.)
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with official policies
Consistency & Harmonisation
Promote a “single source of truth” approach by avoiding duplication of content
Ensure consistency of messages across all channels (intranet, email, Teams, training materials)
Coordinate communication rollouts and ensure outdated content is removed
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with Information Management Correspondents and stakeholders
Support content owners in maintaining up-to-date and compliant materials
Content Lifecycle & Governance
Ensure proper tagging and structuring of communication content
Coordinate updates, archiving, and consolidation of documentation
Risk Management
Identify communication risks and define mitigation action plans
Liaise with stakeholders (including RACI owners) to ensure effective implementation
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Information Management, or related field
Proven experience in information management, governance, or change management environments
Understanding of information governance principles (GED, policies, processes)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work in an international and multi-stakeholder environment
Additional Information
Location: Luxembourg
Contract: Fixed-term contract (5 months), with possible renewal.
Compensation: 5,800€ to 6,200€ per month, depending on experience and qualifications
