To support one of our clients, a leading European institution responsible for shaping global diplomatic strategies, Leonardo Belgium is seeking a talented Information Systems Architect to deliver essential services under a new framework contract. Recruitment Process :

• Step 1 : Introductory call

• Step 2 : Complete a technical questionnaire

• Step 3 : Pass a technical test (Online evaluation platform IKM)

• Step 4 : If we have the completed technical questionnaire, the results of the IKM test, and your Europass CV we can submit your application for official review

• Step 5 : If your application gets accepted for the next step, a face-to-face technical interview in Brussels will be scheduled

We are looking for an Information Systems Architect who will be responsible for :

• Designing and reviewing information system architectures

• Developing component architectures and analyzing system integrations

• Conducting data analysis and modeling

• Coordinating technical architecture implementation and serving as a technical interface

• Producing software architecture documentation and participating in technical meetings

• Assisting with testing, documentation, deployment, evaluation, and reporting

• Guiding development teams and researching emerging technologies

• Assessing business impacts of technical choices and informing stakeholders of issues

• Providing updates on development processes, costs, and budgets

Experience:

• Proven experience in Information System Architecture Design

Soft Skills:

• Rapid self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of participating in multi-lingual meetings and facilitating discussions across diverse teams

• Strong teamwork abilities with a focus on collaboration in an agile environment

Hard skills:

• Architecture best practices, microservices, and enterprise architecture

• Application design, modeling tools, and relational DBMS

• Business process analysis and interoperability technologies

Tools and methodologies used

• Architecture: Software AG ARIS Architect and Designer

• Application Servers: Oracle Weblogic 19, Apache HTTPd + PHP

• Databases: Oracle SQL Developer, PL/SQL Developer

• IDEs: Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, JetBrains PhpStorm, Microsoft Visual Studio Code

• Programming languages and frameworks: JavaScript (jQuery, Angular, TypeScript, Vue.js, KendoUI), Java (Spring, Struts, Hibernate), PHP (Symfony, Laravel, Drupal), ColdFusion (FuseBox), SQL/PL-SQL, HTML5, CSS (Bootstrap)

• Project Management: Confluence JIRA, ServiceNow

• Methodologies: PM² and PM² Agile, Kanban, Scrum
