The Position
The proposed position involves managing and developing the market in German-speaking Switzerland for our client.
Following up with and retaining current farmer clients by offering new solutions.
Prospecting and advising new clients to help them choose the most suitable tools for their needs.
Subsequently, managing partnerships and leading a team of agricultural representatives.
Profile
Graduate in Agricultural/Agro Engineering, Business School, or holder of a BTS/Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, with a successful initial experience in sales.
Under 28 years old for candidates applying for the International Corporate Volunteer Program.
Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, persuasive abilities, and a preference for teamwork.
Interest in commercial challenges and a desire to work internationally.
Fluent in French/German.
Terms and Conditions
Type of contract: Permanent (CDI) or International Corporate Volunteer Program (VIE)
Start date: As soon as possible
Compensation: Competitive package starting from 59,000 CHF / 61,000 CHF fixed based on profile and experience, plus a variable component up to 8,000 CHF annually.

Training: Two-month initial training, housing provided during training, intensive coaching.
Remote work: Partial telecommuting
Location: German-speaking Switzerland, ideally Zurich or Bern
Internal process in 3 stages:
Call with HR manager or manager via video conference
Commercial role-play via video conference
Final interview for debrief via video conference
