Analysis and resolution of level 2 and 3 incident tickets on "Corporate Workstation" workstations.
Escalation if necessary of the ticket to the N3 + team of the "Base of the Corporate Workstation".
Transmit wrongly escalated Incidents to the correct level of resolution.
Create as needed operational documentation / work instructions / procedures / templates required for support activities.
Provide expertise to the Control Tower team in the event of a request (crisis unit, participation in post-mortem writing)
Share feedback from remarkable incidents, including a goal of continuous improvement (possible recommendations on desirable changes in settings, for example)
Ensure the creation and maintenance of test VMs (VMs used by the packaging teams and approval)

For the scope: Change - Prepares the changes linked to the OLS of the station (browser version, reboot weekly, SEP, Pulse…) - Presents them at the pre-cab, GMDCAb…
For the scope: PCP (permanent controls) - Performing controls for permanent control (monthly, quarterly or semi-annually)
Processing of incidents and L3 requests - sometimes with physical station recovery: Processing of incidents / ITSM
