Inside Sales Representative

Leveraging the success of its world-famous Academy in the South of France, Mouratoglou has extended its coaching methodology beyond borders since 2020. Through its existing 27 centers in Greece, Malaysia, Italy, China, the UAE, the United States, Turkey & Indonesia, players of all ages and levels can enjoy the unique Mouratoglou experience worldwide.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you reach out to people who have shown interest in our tennis and padel clubs and invite them to come and discover us. You work through a steady flow of leads by phone, find out what each person is looking for, and book them for a club visit, a trial session or a meeting with the club team. You also answer incoming calls from prospects and members.

Key responsibilities

•Call new and existing leads from our CRM

•Hold short, friendly conversations to understand each person's level, goals and availability.

•Book interested prospects for a club visit, tour, trial session or meeting with the club team, and confirm each appointment by text or email.

•Follow up on missed calls, no-shows and leads who were not ready yet, following the team's follow-up schedule.

•Answer inbound calls and messages from prospects and members, give clear information on facilities, programs and pricing, and route requests to the right club team.

•Log every call, outcome and next step accurately in the CRM.

•Coordinate with club staff so that every booked visit is ready and prospects have a great first experience.

•Meet daily and monthly targets for calls completed, appointments booked and appointment attendance.

Qualifications

•High school diploma or equivalent.

•Confident, warm phone manner; comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.

•A good listener who quickly understands what someone is looking for.

•Resilient and positive; takes a "not now" in stride and keeps going.

•Organized and disciplined with follow-ups and data entry; comfortable using a CRM.

•Experience in phone sales, customer service, hospitality or retail is a plus

• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French.

• Interest in tennis, padel or sports is a plus.
